This July 29th, a Connecticut manufacturer by the name of PACT is presenting $2530 to the Tunnels to Towers foundation (T2T). PACT fundraised the donation in celebration of National Military Appreciation Month.
Tunnel to Towers Foundation
The Tunnel to Towers foundation was founded as a tribute to Stephen Siller, a New York Firefighter killed in the September 11th attacks. The non-profit foundation is dedicated to “helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children.”
The charity is committed to helping solve veteran homelessness and specifically those involved in the 9/11 tragedy.

In regard to their donation, their fundraising efforts included a 10-week campaign in which they donated a percentage from each sale of their moving products to T2T. It was so successful that they ended up extending the campaign through July 4th committing to donating $10 for every LiftVan shipping container purchased.
Presenting the Check
A celebratory event will be held at the end of the month on July 29th to present the check to T2T and commemorate all those involved in the fundraiser. PACT employees, T2T ambassadors, local law enforcement, and military and firefighting professionals will be in attendance to show appreciation to first responders following the end of all the patriotic holidays.
