Adam LoBrutto and his wife Rebecca met in April, 2008. Since then, they have been inseparable. Adam has served in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman for 17 years between Active Duty & Reserve. In September 2008, he was mobilized for deployment, and in March of the following year, he left for Iraq. The tour was cut short, however, and his unit returned home on July 4, 2009.
Despite this short tour, and the fact that things were relatively “slow” while he was there, Adam came back suffering from hyper vigilance, night time paranoia, and insomnia. In 2013, he left home again, this time for 9 months in Bahrain. Today, he continues to work @ the VA as the Veterans Outreach Program Specialist with Readjustment Counseling Service, a specialty within the VA for Combat and Military Sexual Trauma Veterans. They continue to spend family time together in their West Palm Beach Home!
