As the Corneliuses approach the final stages of their home makeover, ADT stops by to install a state-of-the-art security system. It’s called Pulse, one of ADT’s newer security products which features burglary monitoring, video surveillance, fire and smoke monitoring, and a medical alert system. It also allows users to control their garage doors, lighting, and indoor temperature.
Best of all, the Pulse system includes an audible component. In the event of a potential danger, an alarm will sound as well as a voice-activated control which will indicate what the problem is and where it’s located. The system can also connect to an Amazon Alexa, giving the Corneliuses, or others living with visual limitations, the ability to arm or disarm Pulse through voice commands.
