Military Makeover with Montel® continues the renovations in Hollywood, Florida. That’s right: The Hixon makeover is ready to begin!

U.S. Navy veteran Chris Hixon served his country during Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield in 2007. Hixon survived combat service, but sadly lost his life defending the lives of students during a mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on February 14th, 2018. He is survived by his wife Debra and their two sons, Thomas and Corey.

The makeover is picking up speed, and the demolition stage is underway!

First up, Ryan is at Allied Kitchen and Bath, creating a dream kitchen and more for the Hixon family.

Plus, the Military Makeover team is busy clearing out the Hixon home. Good thing we have help from College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving®!

Then, a big consideration for a Military Makeover in Florida is the weather. That’s why understanding home insurance is crucial for the Hixon family.

ABC Supply Co. is back – yet again! They’re a major supporter of our nation’s veterans, which is why they jumped on the opportunity to help the Hixon family.

In addition, as the demo continues inside the house, the exterior is making great progress as well! How? New fencing, of course!
